Reduce Occasional Pain With Comfort! By Vergence

This is a sponsored post. All opinions are my own.

Do you prefer to use natural products to ease discomfort and/or pain? I know I do. I try to avoid taking medicines whenever possible. That’s why, when I find something that can provide a natural relief, I am definitely interested. I recently found out about a new product called Comfort! By Vergence and it has peeked my curiosity. So I decided to dig deeper.

Comfort! By Vergence came into existence through the partnership of respected Naturopathic doctor and nutraceuticals product developer Dr. Brazos Minshew and renowned Vancouver-based wellness research and development company Abattis Bioceuticals Corp. Their product, Comfort!, is a breakthrough nutraceutical that combines traditional herbal remedies to safely and effectively address occasional pain.

While researching, I found that Science has identified cannabinoids in many non-cannabis plants, such as Hops, Turmeric, and Cocoa that yield full functional health benefits. Dr. Minshew and Abbatis have successfully combined five of these phytocannabinoids to create Comfort! by Vergence to reduce occasional pain by interacting with cannabis receptors in the brain without any cannabis side effects!

These 5 phytocannabinoids include:

  1. Turmeric phytocannabinoids and terpenes support a healthy inflammatory response without the side effects of cannabis. Curcumin from turmeric powerfully activates cannabis receptors for relief of occasional pain.
  2. Ginger phytocannabinoids and terpenes support a healthy COX-2 inflammatory response, balance leukotrienes and quiets certain genes associated with pain.
  3. Kaemfera galangal phytocannabinoids and terpenes inhibit pain from multiple pathways, including histamine-induced, serotonin-induced and bradykinin-induced pain models.
  4. Frankincense phytocannabinoids and terpenes strongly inhibit occasional pain that arises from the nervous system itself (neuropathic pain). This is important because, over time, the brain pathways related to occasional pain tend to experience pain even when nothing is really wrong.
  5. Red Pepper phytocannabinoids and terpenes harmonize and amplify the cannabinoids of other plants. Further, pain is often worsened by obesity and obesity, in turn, may produce sensitivity to pain. Red Pepper reduces the pain process that is directly associated with obesity.

It’s really amazing that natural ingredients that we can use to make dinner, can help to ease our discomfort. I never imagined that Ginger could be one of those ingredients. I know Ginger can sooth an upset stomach, and it certainly has helped relieve my nausea when I was pregnant with my daughter, but this is amazing! The list of benefits keeps growing… it makes me wonder what else Ginger can do!

Taking a more natural alternative to help ease any pain means less chance of side-effects and potentially habit forming use, which is definitely prevalent in society today.

It’s important to look at what we are taking into our bodies and putting on our bodies every day. There are so many toxic chemicals that are around us all the time. By limiting them in our daily consumption and general way of life, we in return, will live healthier lives. And, I think that’s something we all can benefit from.
