5 Reasons to Use the Homeopathic Remedy of Arnica Cream

Homeopathic Arnica Cream, relieve osteoarthritis naturally, natural remedies, reduce swelling naturally, get rid of a bruise fast, relieve muscle pain

If you’ve never heard of arnica cream before, don’t worry, you’re not alone. I found out about it a year ago and just recently introduced it to my mom. There are a lot of uses for arnica cream and I’ll give you a quick background on it.

Arnica is a plant, which is in the sunflower family. The flowers and roots of this plant are used to treat many health issues, which you will find in my list below. You can even find arnica in many different forms, such as; tablets, gels, ointments, and creams.

Here are my 5 reasons why you should give Arnica cream a try:

  1. It’s a natural / homeopathic remedy – I always prefer to choose products that are more natural and with a cream, there are no pills to swallow. You can just rub the arnica cream on the area that’s bothering you and enjoy the relief it brings.

  2. Helps reduce swelling – Even with insect bites! Next time you get an annoying mosquito bite, give arnica cream a try. It can help to soothe the area, reduce swelling and stop the itch

  3. Relieves Muscle Pain and Stiffness – This product has been proven to work especially well for Osteoarthritis. “Applying an arnica gel (A. Vogel Arnica Gel, Bioforce AG) twice daily for 3 weeks can reduce pain and stiffness and improve function in people with osteoarthritis in the hand or knee. It might work as well as ibuprofen.”

  4. Promotes the healing process of bruises – “A review of 23 studies in the journal Frontiers in Surgery suggests that gently massaging this herbal extract into a fresh bruise (twice in the first two minutes) can halt throbbing and swelling within as little as five minutes — and applying arnica four times daily for the next three days can stop an unsightly bruise from even forming. “

  5. Over the counter - There’s no need to get a prescription for arnica cream. You can purchase it from the comfort of your own home or head out to your local drug store. No need to sit in a doctor’s office and wait for a prescription to get called in to your pharmacy.

Please note though, that you should not use arnica cream on an open wound as it can be absorbed into the body, or if you are pregnant. Like other products, if irritation occurs, you should stop use.

Another Natural Option: Similar to how Arnica Cream provides relief through homeopathic means, Alternaleaf emphasizes natural, effective solutions for various conditions. Learn more about their approach to plant-based wellness at Alternaleaf.
